Let’s go ahead and talk about what the whole league is talking about. KRABS is in another tie. I mean its ridiculous how many ties this guy has been in. Did you know he has been in TEN ties now since the league started? There have only been 25 tied matchups in league history. And of those 25 ties, KRABS has tied me 5 times, the most of any league opponents in the league. That is just bizarre. I think he won this week because he finally dropped Jeff Wilson Jr (but he picked up Allen Robinson?!?!?!?!)
This is the sixth occurrence of using our tiebreaker rule since we started it in 2017.
2017, Week 11: KRABS tied The Commish. The Commish won tiebreaker.
2018, Week 3: Overbay tied The Commish. Overbay won tiebreaker.
2019, Week 9: Brent W tied Jeff. Brent W won tiebreaker.
2020, Week 2: VZ tied The Commish. VZ won tiebreaker.
2021, Week 8: Aaron tied VZ. Aaron won tiebreaker.
2022, Week 7: KRABS tied The Commish. KRABS won tiebreaker.
Post Publish Edit: Thinking about this more, is there anything more Bernie Sanders than KRABS being the leader of Ties in the league? I mean seriously, how on brand is that?
In case anyone wants a laugh, check out the boxscore from the 2017 Week 11 matchup:

Before we get to the awards lets check this week’s episode of Gridiron Heights:
Manager of the Weak

What does Overbay have against David Montgomery? All this guy does is churn out consistently uninspiring fantasy performance. But hey that’s worth something and a lot better than your Kenyan Drake (or Michael Gallup’s) of the world. I mean heck you could have started Chubba Hubbard. And lets be honest here. You started Matt Ryan. Let me repeat that. You started Matt Ryan. That is how bad it has become people.
Move of the Week

Yes, we have a legit move of the week. Now there were a million bye weeks, but Umphlett picked up Tyler Boyd off the waiver wire and he exploded with 21 fantasy points. Well done Umphlett!
MVP Miami Defense, Ken Walker III, Josh Jacobs, Nick Chubb, DeAndre Hopkins

They only had 12 points, but when you get a game sealing pick to not only end the game, but also secure the victory (tie) for your team then you clearly are MVP material. Congrats to the Miami Defense and KRABS for winning the Week 7 MVP!
Manager of the Week

Well there was some pretty crushing injury news today, but lets focus on the good news. Aaron was the Jose’s Taco Truck blowout of the week absolutely crushing League #1 black is for sunday. I mean I don’t get this whole Josh Jacobs thing (who did the freaky Friday thing with Jonathan Taylor and Josh Jacobs? No seriously who did it).
Joe Burrow seems to be playing super well right now and you have to think that he can keep it up even without Chase. I mean I am sure Mike Thomas and Tyler Boyd are about to explode as targets in the Bengals offense.
And I mean Alvin Kamara hasn’t done anything yet. So this roster is extremely dangerous and it will be interesting to see how they adapt to their new normal.
Until Week 8…
