Congrats to Jeff Smith, KRABS, Billy, and Brent Woodcox for making the 2025 Playoffs. And no these were not the same four teams that made the Playoffs in 2024. Let's take a look at the matchups:

#1 Kayak Pirates vs. #4 black is for sunday

The Smith household is the Las Vegas favorite for the championship this year after his multiple trades. He led the league with 12 wins and has Josh Allen leading the way to a team with a projected 107 points in Week 16. And perhaps the most interesting part of his story is that after the massive Draft Day debate on Ashton Jeanty, he is basically playing with his first round pick on the bench. But he is facing adversity in Week 16 with Mahomes injured and Rice Out due to a concussion. Will Tee Higgins play? Can WanDale Robinson have a big game? JSN did enough on Thursday night, but it feels like his season is going to come down to what Bucky Irving and Bijan Robinson do. Unless Josh Allen decides to just carry the entire team again.

I don't know if you are following but Brent isn't the only Woodcox on a Cinderella run in Fantasy this year. Yes Everly has now moved onto the next round of the Playoffs in the Dream Job league and Fantasy Football fever is running high in the Woodcox household. Can the magic really continue here and can black is for sunday win two consecutive championships after his 20+ year drought? I mean are Sports not just amazing? Well to start off, having Stafford and Walker go off on his bench can't really be a good feeling, but the reality is that the players he did start still have the opportunity to do something (well except his TE but lets skip that) and he traded alot of capital for Lamar Jackson and now is the time for his mancrush to step up and make a difference for his team. Watchout for the Texans defense to be a big time difference maker in this matchup.

I am going to do it: black is for sunday wins in an upset

#2 KRABS vs. #3 showmedamoney!

I mean Billy isn't messing around people. After the Thursday night game he released his newest music video referencing how he just "dunked" on KRABS...

But in all seriousness, Billy is projected for 119 points after Hurts and Puka balled out. So obviously that is a big deal, but let's not overlook the fact that Billy has actually decided to bench Justin Jefferson and I am not sure anyone can blame him. Jefferson has scored 16 points combined over the last 6 weeks. Woof. Is this the biggest mystery of the 2025 season? Jefferson was a consensus top 5 player and our #2 overall pick and he has been literally unplayable for over half the season. His season high is 12 points. He has been awful and its hard to wrap my head around. If there was going to be a week where Jefferson was going to break out its obviously this one, but I think that is a gamble I would be willing to take.

And on the other side you have KRABS. Poor KRABS. Yes Barkley had his second highest scoring total of the season, but doesn't it feel like his season is just cursed? He lost Mahomes. He lost Adams. He has now hilariously started the wrong kicker three straight weeks. And he has to watch Bo Nix play. KRABS had a good season, but I think this is the end of the road for the loveable Rabbit man.

showmedamoney! 134 KRABS 95

Welcome to the Week 15” Dream Job” recap. Congrats to our four semifinalists: Daniel, James, Derek, and Everly (please shock the world). An upset might be brewing already as Puka Nacua in I could you not the craziest game of all time scored 37 fantasy points. But now lets move onto the awards:

Move of the Week:

If you didnt see the viral clip of the kid in a Tennessee school not singing rocky top, you should see it. This kid wearing all Georgia bulldogs gear is standing in the back of thr stage looking the most disgusted of his entire life not singing the song. Props to this kid.

Manager of the Week:

Derek pulled off a resounding win in round one of the playoffs over 5 seeded Parker. Scoring over 115 points in round one led by Brock Purdy and James Cook. Lets see if he can keep the momentum against Daniel. (spoiler, puka nacua already did)

Manager of the Weak:

Rolling off of Derek, Parkers team did not perform well when they needed to. He started off the year very strong and kept that momentum going throughout the season. But when the playoffs came, the inner dallas cowboy came out of his team with Chimere Dike (?) having 1 point and Breece Hall having 3.

MVP:

I have nominated:

Brock Purdy (Derek)

Bo Nix (James)

CJ Stroud (Alfredo)

Josh Allen (Robert)

Bo Nix having a wonderful game in the fantasy playoffs. Said no one ever, until today. Nix had 35 points in a huge game to prevail James over his brother Luke. Now bragging rights in the family have gone to James (very good name btw) as he looks to continue his momentum into the final. Congrats to Bo Nix!

Thanks for reading the week 15 recap as we strive to be a better league than the playoffs league.

Until next week…….

Season 10, Episode 14:

Manager of the Weak

Well it's safe to say that 2025 did not turn out the way Dirty Mike planned it. All those extra draft picks spent on 30+ year old Wide Receivers led to Mr Cozart ending the season on a 4 game losing streak and missing the playoffs. He had some pretty crummy injury luck too with Bowers being hurt for a large part of the year and multiple other players that struggled with injuries. But the biggest concern is definitely the decline in play of Jayden Daniels. Yes he was hurt for most of the year, but even when he did play he wasn't good. Was his rookie year who he was or was it the outlier? Will be some interesting keeper decisions next year for the Dirty Mike franchise, but one thing that this unfortunate season shows, just having a ton of draft picks doesn't mean alot: you gotta draft the right players.

And I still haven't had time to go through the ties so lets just come to the conclusion that Ties don't like Dirty Mike and Dirty Mike doesn't like ties.

Move of the Week

Well he clearly is struggling with who to start at Kicker, but he got his defense right by picking up and starting the Eagles Defense in Week 15 and they had 16 points. I guess a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then doesn't he?!?!?

MVP

Drake "Drake Maye" Maye, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Brock Purdy, Josh Allen, Kyle Pitts

Honorable mention to Kyle Pitts (I mean where the heck did that come from), but in a absolute must win game Amon-Ra St. Brown stepped up and had his second best scoring week of the season helping Brent Woodcox and black is for sunday clinch the final Playoff spot. Congrats to Amon-Ra for winning the Week 15 MVP!

Manager of the Week

You think I was going to go the entire season and not let The Gold Standard win Manager of the Week? Cmon Man! 2025 didn't exactly go how we planned it, but one thing that became very clear: Drake "Drake Maye" Maye is the cornerstone of this franchise moving forward. We end the year on a winning streak and are ready to remind everyone about the power of The Generalissimo in 2026.

Until Week 16...
