Well wasn't Week 3 a hoot. Josh Allen (358 passing yards, 4 TDs plus one rushing TD) finally delivered the blow up game everyone knew he was capable of leading to a showmedamoney! victory over KRABS. Aaron continues to show the rest of us the "Way" by becoming the only undefeated team in the league and sole possession of first place. And Brent falls to 0-3 even though he has scored the 2nd most points in the league (can someone say positive regression is on the horizon)?
I thought it would be interesting to pull out a few stats from interesting trends and player performances from Week 3.
Who is Brandon Aiyuk? Never heard of him. Now Trent Sherfield. Internationally Known.

This may have been the oddest performance of the Weekend (and maybe the past few years). Waddle had 12 catches, for 58 yards! That is really hard to do. He was crazy involved, but didn't really go anywhere. This is after regularly averaging over 20 yards per catch in College.

Was there any bigger miss on draft day right now than Cooper Kupp? He is on fire and it's like Robert Woods is an afterthought. Cooper Kupp is probably the single biggest story of the Fantasy season so far. Who is second? Probably Ja'marr Chase. It's no wonder Aaron is in first place. So far.

Complete insanity what happened on Sunday. 19 targets is massive, but for a RB? Somewhere Matt Forte is going "WOW BRO".

Is it time for Saquon Barkley SZN? Let's just hope it doesn't really take off in Week 4.

Speaking of Saquon Barkley, check out the Press Conference he gave yesterday. Enthralling.
Alvin Kamara lasted until the 3rd overall pick. What exactly were the first two managers thinking again?

Wait someone drafted this guy over Alvin Kamara? Explain that logic to me again please?

Manager of the Weak
In Week 3, KRABS got frisky leaving Kareem Hunt on the bench for Sony Michel?!?! Derek Carr outscored Kyler Murray by 7 points. Early season darling Cordarrelle Patterson outscored both Stefon Diggs AND Calvin Ridley. The macro point here is that KRABS did not get his required 45 points from his Wide Receivers (where the heck did this number come from anyway) and well he lost to Billy. Billy who lost McCaffery in the first half. Billy who had Robert Tonyan drop a big fat Zero. Billy who got a whopping 6 points out of Julio Jones and the Pittsburgh defense which was crazy overdrafted. Billy.
What is even more interesting is that apparently this snapped something in KRABS mind and now he has gone scorched earth on his team. Look at this lineup that is currently starting. Is this some sort of twisted motivational game or is KRABS really who we thought he was?

Move of the Week
Guess Who's Back. Back Again. Josh Gordon's Back. Tell a Friend.
Yes. Josh Gordon has been reinstated by the NFL for what feels like the 4,589th time. And of course he wasn't a Free Agent for long because Dirty Mike felt that he needed more "Bad Boys" on his roster. So what did he do? He bid TWELVE COOKIES to get Josh Gordon who hasn't really done anything except break Jeff Smith's heart for the past 5 years. TWELVE COOKIES is not something to scoff at, it's the 3rd highest FAAB bid so far this season so Dirty Mike is serious. He want's more dirt.
The most shocking thing about this whole ordeal? THE KAYAK PIRATES DIDN'T EVEN PUT IN A BID FOR THEIR MAN CRUSH. So much for supporting players through the highs and lows. I guess all that is a bunch of bull crap up there in Abingdon, VA.

MVP
Josh Allen, Chris Carson, Mike Williams, Ezekiel Elliott, Tyler Bass
It really did feel "empty" without Josh Allen the first two weeks didn't it? He really dropped the hammer in Week 4 with 41 fantasy points leading to a victory over KRABS. I am sure Billy was a little nervous after the first two weeks because Josh Allen didn't break the 20 point barrier, but he seems to be back on track after the Week 3 breakout. Congrats to Josh Allen for winning the Week 3 MVP!
Manager of the Week
Let's go ahead and make it a clean sweep with Billy getting the Manager of the Week award as well. You have to hand it to him, losing McCaffery two straight years is not ideal, but both years he has somehow had the backup so he has been able to mitigate the loss. With Julio Jones now hurting his entire roster is starting to fall apart, but this is what happened last year too and somehow he kept it together. I mean this year he has Quintez Cephus so it's all good. Can Josh Allen, Adam Thielen, and Austin Ekeler keep this team afloat until McCaffery is back or is this team destined for rough waters ahead. Hard to say, but I wouldn't bet against Billy because he always seems to find some ridiculous way to keep going even though it makes no sense. In Week 3, he definitely did that which is why he is YOUR Manager of the Week!
Well that is all I got. It is rivalry week people. Time to get nasty.
Until Week 4...
