Fire up the Bay City Rollers people becuase it's time for another edition of The Notes!

I am currently sitting in the airport in Charlotte and we will see how long it takes me to finish this edition of the notes. Will I finish it in Charlotte? Will I finish it on the plane? Will I finish it in LA? Or will I finish it in beautiful Maui? I don't know, but we will soon find out.

P.S. The answer is I finished it in LA. I started this column 7 hours ago. So I guess technically it is Sunday now in NC. It's 11:54 PM PST here.

Week 10 was a big week in the Playoffs week becuase we are basically down to 6 teams for 4 spots. It was a valiant effort for Overbay, Billy, Aaron, and Brent C but I don't think its in the cards for them in 2024. They turn their attention to 2025, but they still have some critical matchups to play spoiler in the weeks ahead. These teams very well may decide who qualified for the Playoffs and who doesn't.

For the remainder of teams, it is time to go full Jameis Winston mode people:

And is there a better week to step it up then Rivalry Week? It is literally go time and there are two huge matchups this week:

• The Commish vs. Jerry's Belt Buckle

• And the granddaddy of them all, a true blood fued match: black is for sunday vs. The Institute

Both of these games will be must see TV. Are you ready?

I mean. Taysom Hill. LeSigh. What a massive performance. Umphlett falls out of the Playoff top 4 without Taysom Hill's performance. I mean talk about a swiss army knife. But seriously. You have to appreciate Taysom Hill every week of the year to be able to appreciate him in Week 11. And well Umphlett loves him some Taysom Hill.

You know who else loves Taysom Hill? Jameis.
