So who else feels like this? Or this?

Why can't we all be as happy as JK Dobbins looks and sounds like in this interview?!?!

Welcome to the week 4 “Dream Job” recap. Again this week, we have had many blowouts in many matchups with teams scoring miles above 100 points. I have accepted my fate for my team, considering Im forced to start Malik Washington, Jalen Tolbert, and Troy Franklin in the same week. But besides that, let’s get into the awards.

Move of the Week:

One of the more surprising breakout this year is Quentin “couldn’t catch the ball but can now” Johnston. Hudson made the move to start him this week, and it worked out really well as he added to his touchdown total of 4 on the season and gave Hudson the extra boost to beat Alfredo.

Manager of the Weak:

Laney had a very bad week this week after being hit hard with injuries in week 3. She put up 57 points this week, and things may not be looking great in the future until Evans and Lamb get back for the pickle princess.

Manager of the Week:

Luke put up a resounding 132 points in a dominating victory over Jacob. Led by George Pickens with 25 points (just wait until he gets into a fight), Omarion Hampton with 21 points (TAR HEEL), and Bucky Irving with 20 who at the time when im writing this is somehow ruled out for week 5 and may ruin some peoples teams especially picking them in the first round (sorry dad).

MVP:

I have nominated:

Ashton Jeanty (JT)

Bo Nix (James)

Amon Ra St Brown (Everly)

Justin Fields (Hudson)

Puka Nacua (Derek)

Josh Jacobs (Daniel)

Omarion Hampton (Luke)

In the wise words of Brent Woodcox, hop on the HYPE TRAIN.

I have chosen Ashton Jeanty as the week 4 MVP. With a resounding breakout week for the rookie, he scored 3 touchdowns with 30 fantasy points propelling me to one of my only victories coming this season. Hopefully this won’t be the last we are hearing of him for this award, but congrats to Ashton Jeanty on the week 4 MVP.

Thanks for reading the week 4 recap and we strive to become a better league than the playoffs league.

Until next week…..

Before we get to this week’s awards, check out this week’s episode of Gridiron Heights.

Season 10, Episode 5

Manager of the Weak

ree

Can we get a moment of silence please?

Sigh.

I mean seriously. I lost my first round pick to injury. I lost my second round pick to injury. I lost my 3rd round pick to injury. And I lost my 6th round pick to injury. All within basically a 5 hour period. That is just rough. I mean someone has to feel bad for me right?!?! RIGHT?!?!?

Move of the Week

ree

I mean you have to be pretty bold to start the Chicago Bears defense in 2025. They have been basically shelled every game so far. And yet somehow they scored 13 more points than the "best defense in the NFL" in Week 4. And Jeff amazingly started them in Fantasy. I am not sure exactly what mental model he used to actually decide to start them, but they scored 10 points in a game he won by 7 points and 10 is way more than -3. And hey look at that, there was another blocked FG. Congrats to Jeff and the Kayak Pirates for winning the Week 4 Move of the Week!

MVP

Jahmyr Gibbs, Patrick Mahomes, Bo Nix, Ashton Jeanty, Puka Nacua

ree

Shoutout to Ashton Jeanty for breaking out in a massive way in Week 4, but the Week 4 MVP goes to Bo Nix. In what was probably a blanket night that turned into a tie dyed night, Bo Nix and Courtland Sutton led a massive comeback for KRABS on Monday night. They combined to score 40 points to come back and secure a 5 point victory over Dirty Mike moving KRABS to 3-1 on the season. Congrats to Bo Nix for winning the Week 4 MVP!

Manager of the Week

ree

Shoutout to Brent for finally beating VZ in a Rivalry Week matchup, but gotta give the week 4 Manager of the Week to Billy for moving to 4-0 and the only undefeated manager in the league. Puka Nacua is an absolute force in the NFL right now and Billy is not even missing a beat even though he has lost Maclaurin and James Conner. Derrick Henry has been pretty inconsistent so far, will Lamar Jackson being out help him get more touches or completely crater the offense? Can a team that is starting Michael Pittman and Rashid Shaheed continue to win? Or is it all irrelevant because Puka Nacua will just outscore everyone? The week 5 matchup between Billy and KRABS will be fascinating to watch, but it is irrelevant for week 4 where Billy is your Week 4 Manager of the Week!

P.S. Cheer up VZ. At least you are doing better than Mac Jones...

Until Week 5...
