I am currently driving between Atlanta, GA and Hoover, AL so this is going to be a quick one. Week 2 was an interesting week but the first thing that jumps out to me is that somehow Brent has had 241 points scored against him in the first two weeks, 41 points more than the second highest Points Allowed total. This is clearly a Brent 2.0 conspiracy. Beware of Skynet!
And without further ado I hand it over to the Executive Vice Commish for the recap of Week 2 of the Dream Job league.

Welcome to the week 2 recap of the kids league, coming to you from the best commish on this planet. This week we did not have many close matchups with teams scoring very high amounts of points, and others scoring very low amounts. But through the highs and lows, lets move onto the awards.
Manager of the Week:
Derek put up an impressive 137 points, which fun fact is 21 points more than the total amount of points scored in my matchup against parker. Jared Goff broke out with 41 and James Cook had 25 to help Derek to his total. Which fun fact, those two combined scored more than my whole team. Derek is your week 2 manager of the week.
Manager of the Weak:
After a resounding high winning manager of the week in week 1, Parker dropped to an all time low scoring 52 points in week 2. I am fortunate to have played him in this week, as I also did not score many points. Notable duds include AJ Brown (again), and Derrick Henry.
Move of the Week:
Everly starting Justin Herbert. Week one did not fare well for Choo Choo Justice, with Drake Maye not doing so well. Justin Herbert had another good week leading the chargers to 2-0, and also giving Everly her first win as a fantasy manager.
MVP:
I have nominated:
Jordan Love (JT)
Amon Ra St. Brown (Everly)
Dak Prescott (Daniel)
Rome Odunze (Emma)
Jared Goff (Derek)
Malik Nabers (James)
Jonathan Taylor (Jacob)
I have chosen Amon Ra St. Brown as the week 2 MVP.
Amon Ra broke out with 3 touchdowns to narrowly pull Everly to a win over Brooks. Without this great performance Everly would most likely be sitting 0-2, but since he did great she will be thanking him for his breakout performance.
Well that's it for the week 2 recap, make sure to keep supporting our journey to become better than the playoffs league.
Until next week…….

Season 10, Episode 3
Manager of the Weak

In Week #2 The Institute had a league low 71 points with Rome Odunze equaling the scoring output of the entire trio of starting WRs himself. That is not exactly a sustainable victory model. And don't look now, but Trevor Lawrence actually outscored Patrick Mahomes in Week 2. So not exactly the best outcomes from the managerial lineup decisions. But let's talk about the Tight End situation here. Why did you steal Tyler Warren from me to not start him? But hey cheer up, at this pace TJ Hockenson will score a whopping 16 points for the whole season. Congrats. So I proudly award The Institute the Week 2 Manager of the Weak!
Move of the Week

Who doesn't love a strong defense start? Dirty Mike snagged Buffalo off of the waiver wire in Week 2 and started them to pickup a cool 10 points which was the 5th highest scoring defense of the week and the 3rd highest scoring defense that was started. Congrats to Dirty Mike and his boy Gator for winning Week 2 Move of the Week!
MVP
Malik Nabers, Jonathan Taylor, Ja'Marr Chase, Dak Prescott, James Cook

Well, its been a rough start for This Is The Way (but not as rough as the time he blew up his house for his Champion's address). AJ Brown has about as many fantasy points as I do, Joe Burrow is hurt, Trevor Lawrence apparently doesn't know who Brian Thomas is, and now Tucker Kraft is hurt. But James Cook is doing OK and he went off in Week 2 helping Aaron bounce back with a big win over VZ. James Cook's touchdown rate has seemed unsustainable for a while now, but he has looked great so far this season. He is going to have to continue to be great if Aaron wants to get his team back to the Playoffs. Congrats to James Cook for winning the Week 2 MVP!
Manager of the Week

Don't look now, but KRABS is 2-0, in first place, and scored the most points in Week 2 even though Courtland Sutton had 0 points. I guess that's what happens if your kicker scores 22 points. Aubrey has now outscored the following players through two weeks: Christian McCaffery, Derrick Henry, Saquon Barkley, Jahmyr Gibbs, Puka Nacua, Ja'Marr Chase, CeeDee Lamb, and Justin Jefferson. I mean that is completely reasonable right? But the real story for this team is Jonathan Taylor. He looks like it is 2021 again and if he stays healthy, the line blocks like this, and the offense can complete a pass, its possible that JT will be the #1 overall player in Fantasy. And if that happens I have a feeling that KRABS is going to be very happy. Congrats to KRABS for winning the Week 2 Manager of the Week!
Until Week 3
